Meet Our Staff
Larry Rush
Founder and CEO
For over 14 years, Larry has been able to hone his skills and expertise in the stone and hearth industry. Moreover, at L.T. Rush and Stone, Larry focuses on providing consumers with guidance and products that he believes in. He cares for each employee as if they were family, resulting in greater overall satisfaction and pride in customer care. When he isn’t in his showroom helping customers, Larry enjoys time outdoors and hunting.
Troy Yingling
Sales Manager
As sales manager at L.T. Rush and Stone, Troy makes it his mission to see that everyone is treated with respect, friendliness and professionalism. After seven years with the company, he believes that the motto, “Making Dreams Come True” has served many clients accurately. All it takes is listening to the customer’s needs and wants. When Troy isn’t working, he enjoys pursuing leadership academies and helps run an archery league at his church.
Melissa
Business Manager
As business manager, keeping the schedules of L.T. Rush and each customer aligned and on time, is Melissa’s primary focus. Being part of this family-oriented atmosphere is one of the greatest advantages to being part of the team, next to being a mother and spending time with her family.
Harry Peli
Site Supervisor
As a second-generation mason (with 11 years of experience in stone veneers), Harry has thrived for 13 years in the industry. For him, being part of L.T. Rush Stone means he can transform a customer’s vision into reality and troubleshoot issues while others are focusing elsewhere. In addition to being adept in technology and cars, family is the most important thing to Harry.
Jim Cottingham
Salesman
As a salesman at L.T. Rush and Stone for 2 years, Jim is driven to help each client visualize their ideal space. Everyone has an idea in mind – his job is to help find what fits their needs and desires best. As someone that takes on the world with a smile, Jim loves the team atmosphere. Outside of work, he adores his hometown and volunteering as a soccer coach.
Butch
Salesman and Truck Driver
With over 5 years of service, Butch has gained an understanding of each client’s individual personalities and characteristics of their home. Butch provides a fun and interactive showroom experience with plenty of friendly dialogue, which helps him to build connections with the right people. Relationships are definitely important to Butch. He currently volunteers as a church youth leader and softball coach (and if he has time, enjoys playing a little softball himself).
